How payment and transfer work

1. Terms in writing
Price, currency, escrow provider, and the exact asset: the domain name only, unless we add something else in the same note.

2. Escrow
Escrow.com is welcome. Another established domain escrow both sides accept is fine. Do not send a wire to a personal account because a page asked you to. This page will never do that.

3. Unlock and move
After escrow is funded, the name is unlocked and either pushed or released with an auth code to your registrar. You confirm control. Escrow releases payment.
Most transfers complete within a few days of funding. Same-registrar pushes can be same day. ICANN transfer locks and approval emails are normal. They are not a delay tactic.
Who should pass
Pass if you need a generic product name, a local service keyword, or a .com and nothing else. The name is specific.
